Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the customer’s location, carrier performance, and operational conditions.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email.

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Are your products safety or lifesaving devices?
No. Our products are intended for recreational and general outdoor use. They are not designed, certified, or intended to serve as safety, flotation, lifesaving, medical, or protective devices. Adult supervision is recommended whenever children use our products.
